Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
⚠️ Important Exception:
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the case of opened herbal products, tea blends, or dietary supplements.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
